Stefan’s focus is straightforward: deliver the highest level of service and guidance so clients feel supported, confident, and cared for at every step of their real estate journey. He leads with the “platinum rule,” treating others as they want to be treated, an approach that continues to earn him long-term trust and a business built almost entirely through referrals.

A lifelong Seattle resident and graduate of O’Dea High School and the University of Puget Sound, Stefan pairs deep local roots with a calm, thoughtful, and patient approach. As both a broker and Assistant Manager of the Windermere Northgate office, he supports clients and fellow brokers with grounded insight, collaboration, and practical leadership, especially when navigating meaningful life transitions like upsizing, downsizing, or relocating.

Stefan’s work is rooted in relationships. Clients appreciate his warm communication style, his ability to simplify complex decisions, and the steady professionalism that comes from years of experience across Seattle’s diverse neighborhoods. Many clients become long-term friends, and that continued trust remains at the center of his practice.

Outside of work, Stefan is deeply involved in the community. He and his wife are raising three children in Seattle, and he coaches youth soccer and lacrosse. He’s an active member of the Maple Leaf Community Council and supports the Safe Crossings Foundation. Fitness and the outdoors remain grounding parts of his life, often involving kettlebells, skiing, or simply exploring the Northwest.
